75 yard swim   2 mile bike   .5 mile run

Athletes will complete three laps ~ 75 yards. Lifeguards provided by Liberty Swim Club.

More details to follow on the 2026 location at Freedom High School in Bethlehem, PA.

Long Course Distance: 200 yard swim 6 mile bike(3Laps) 2 mile run (4Laps)

Athletes will complete three laps ~ 75 yards or eight laps 200 yards. Lifeguards provided by Liberty Swim Club.

The short course consists of a one lap run, and the 2 mile course will be a 4 lap run.

Ambulance service will be on site and on the bike course for the duration of our event should emergency services be needed.
